Meditation Teacher Training with Betsy Weiner
Hosted by UP Yoga
This training is rooted in the wisdom of Tantra, the ancient yogic science of collecting and directing our life force (prana). These practices are utilized to cultivate clarity, ease, and steadiness. In this four-week training you’ll learn the foundations for teaching meditation techniques sourced in the tradition of the Himalayan masters. The Tantric tradition teaches that when we shift our inner space, we can radiate outward to affect our outside circumstances. If you are interested in enhancing your teaching, and sharing the limbs of yoga beyond asana, this training is for you.

About Betsy:
For over 20 years Betsy has been guiding, teaching, facilitating and mentoring students from the foundation of the practices of yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness and Ayurveda. She is deeply rooted in Tantra and the lineage of Sri Vidya and the Himalayan Masters, which has been the focus of her study, practice, and teaching. She subscribes, wholeheartedly, to the belief that each individual is born with innate wisdom and joy. Betsy finds deepest meaning in facilitating the process of guiding others towards the remembering of what they already know; that they are a spark of the Divine, and that ultimately, they are the architect of their own lives.
