Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep rest and surrender. An opportunity to relax into a blissful state of being. It is the space of true healing, the state in which we are not sleeping, dreaming, or waking, but something beyond. Yoga Nidra is also where our heartfelt intentions and inner wisdom are revealed. The long lasting effects of Yoga Nidra are profound, empowering, and supportive.
There are no prerequisites to attend and all levels and abilities are welcome. This workshop is hosted by Up Yoga and is offered both in person and virtually.
Please come prepared in comfortable clothes (layers are best). You may want to bring something to write with (journal or paper) as there will be time to answer some questions of self inquiry before and after practice. We will spend time setting up with comfortable and supportive options for everyone, as well as gentle movement to prepare. This workshop is a deeper exploration of the origins, practices, and state of Yoga Nidra.
