Community Meditation Gathering

One hour class includes short discussion of technique, breathwork, meditation, and opportunity for questions and reflections. 

In these monthly, informal gatherings, you will learn foundational breathing and meditative practices, as well as discussion and insights into the practices themselves. These gatherings are for new meditators, seasoned practitioners, and everyone in between. Meditation is one of the most profound ways to weather the storms of life, and it provides us with inner calm, more clarity, less reactivity and a more regulated nervous system. I look forward to sharing these foundations of peace with you!
