Sankalpa Workshop: Learning to Live On Purpose

  • Up Yoga 4325 Nicollet Avenue Minneapolis, MN, 55409 United States (map)

A 2 -Part Workshop on Revealing and Aligning with Your Deepest Truth

What is Sankalpa?

Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word meaning “an intention born of the heart” or a “sacred resolve or vow.” Unlike a typical goal or resolution, which often stems from external pressures, old patterns of belief, or surface-level desires, a Sankalpa arises from your deepest truth – the inherent wisdom already within you. It is a vow to yourself, a commitment to live in alignment with your highest purpose.

Many of our desires, however, are unconsciously shaped by resistance – fear, self-doubt, and conditioned beliefs that keep us in cycles of avoidance, limitation, and frustration. This 2-part workshop will guide you in uncovering these hidden obstacles so that your Sankalpa is not driven by resistance, but by true clarity and deep awareness and understanding.
