Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep rest and surrender. An opportunity to relax into a blissful state of being. There are no prerequisites to attend and all levels and abilities are welcome.
Please come prepared in comfortable clothes (layers are best). We will spend a little bit of time setting up with comfortable and supportive options for everyone.
