Now more than ever, we lean into the practices that allow us to find refuge within ourselves and in community. These gatherings are held in my home, therefore space is limited.
On Sunday, April 14th, we'll be coming together to cultivate peace, mindfulness, and connection. This gathering isn't just about finding stillness within ourselves but also about fostering a sense of unity within our community.
We'll embark on a journey of self-discovery through guided breathing and meditation, as well as the opportunity for questions and reflections. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or someone curious about exploring the practice for the first time, this event is open to all.

In these monthly, informal gatherings, you will learn foundational breathing and meditative practices, as well as discussion and insights into the practices themselves. These gatherings are for new meditators, seasoned practitioners, and everyone in between. Meditation is one of the most profound ways to weather the storms of life, and it provides us with inner calm, more clarity, less reactivity and a more regulated nervous system.
