In the spirit of nurturing our well-being and fostering connection within our community, I would like to invite you to join the monthly meditation gathering. These gatherings are for new meditators, seasoned practitioners, and everyone in between. Meditation is one of the most profound ways to weather the storms of life, and it provides us with inner calm, more clarity, less reactivity and a more regulated nervous system.
February’s focus is on self-compassion and self-love. No experience is necessary; this gathering is for everyone. Bring an open heart and a willingness to connect with yourself and others. These gatherings are held in my home and therefore space is limited.
