Yoga Nidra is the sublime science of complete rest, and ultimate practice of self-care; the experience of deep relaxation, healing, and embodying the state of yoga, a place of unsurpassed calm and ease. This workshop will help to encourage and facilitate the relationship to your body, mind, and spirit as it relates to rest and self-nurturing. Creating intention around how, when, and why to rest will be explored. The practice of Yoga Nidra is rooted in a vast body of knowledge; we will dive deep into the inner states of well-being and resting in peace and stillness to nurture the part of us that is timeless and always at ease. Give yourself the gift of divine rest.
No experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and if you have yoga props you love, bring them along. A journal or notebook to do some writing, as well as a pen or pencil will also be beneficial for this workshop.
