Please join me on Zoom every Thursday in May for a FREE meditation series. Each week we will focus on a different practice of meditation, as well as brief discussion. You will also receive an email at the beginning of each week with self-inquiry questions to work with each day (if desired!). Sessions will be recorded. These practices are for all levels of practitioner! If you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, it is an opportunity to come together as a sangha (community) in the virtual and raise our energy and consciousness.
