In the deep quiet of winter, when life can feel full of family, responsibilities, and even the weight of the world, there is a space where we can meet and find our way to more ease and calm. You’re invited to pause and turn toward the darkest day of the year as a doorway. On the winter solstice, we gather in a virtual circle to rest in stillness and remember the light that is always burning bright within us. Together, we’ll open ourselves to the darkest day of the year and gently attune to the inner flame; the light that often shines brightest when everything around us feels dim.
In this 30-minute session, we’ll honor the darkness, breathe into the stillness, and consciously tend to our inner radiance. From that quiet center, we’ll imagine this inner light extending outward into our families, our communities, and a world that is longing for warmth and steadiness.
