This 45 minute yoga practice will allow the body to stretch and strengthen, as well as aligning the mind, body and spirit. We will link the breath and movement together to create more spaciousness in the physical body, along with bringing more awareness to the subtle body. Each practice will end with a relaxation and short meditation practice. Classes are all on Zoom and recordings are available if you become a member of Soul612.
